Lee started up the company in May 2002 with his wife. He manages the office while also carrying out a variety of inspections.

Kate started up the company in May 2002 with her husband. She helps with the day to day running of the office.

LEV Engineer Surveyor  

Oliver Smith

Olly is Lee and Kates son and started working at Oast in 2017, starting out as an apprentice in the office. He now helps manage the office and carries out all the Local Exhaust Ventilation Examinations (LEV) on site. He is P601 Qualified.

Stuart is one of our on site engineer surveyors who joined the team in 2019.

Beth is the newest member of the team who joined us in 2022. She works in the office, Beth also attends site to assist the engineers in issuing the reports.
